Rénov’ Global’ relies on the renovation market in Biterrois to conquer Occitanie

Building on its success in Île-de-France, ATRC Rénov’ Global’, specialist in global energy renovation, has just opened Rénov’ Global’ Occitanie in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers. To successfully establish itself, the company relies on the expertise of David Louriac, manager of Ets Louriac Robert and the SBE Société Biterroise d’Étanchéité.

Renov’ Global’ Occitanie was born from the association of three entrepreneurs: David Louriac, Anthony Toquart and Benoit Coutard. All three share a common vision for home improvement and accessibility to renovation aid for homeowners. Their concept: an offer of integrated services which cover all aspects of the renovation, from the energy audit to the execution of the work, including the search for subsidies, the management of administrative procedures and even the advance of bonuses.
It all started in 2018 in Île-de-France when Anthony created ATRC Rénov’ Global’. He explains: "I started working in construction twenty years ago, fifteen of which were on my own. I was initially specialized in interior design then, in 2018, I started doing energy renovation by offering work packages to unlock subsidies. ;quot; Two years later, Benoit joined Anthony in the adventure and the two men developed their global renovation offer. This responds to a real demand on the market and allows the company to grow quickly.

"There is a lot of help available today"

Anthony and David met two years ago on vacation – an informal setting during which they discovered complementarity in their skills and experiences. "I’had the idea of ​​developing the national and this meeting with David came at just the right time", specifies Anthony. At the head of the SBE Société Biterroise d’Étanchéité which he created in 2013 and Ets Louriac Robert – the carpentry company founded by his parents forty years ago and which ;rsquo;he took over in 2019 -, David brings valuable and essential expertise and knowledge of the territory to the ambitions of Rénov’ Global’ Occitanie. David, for his part, is seduced by the methodology implemented by Anthony and Benoit, and in particular by their simulator which makes it possible to obtain
very quickly a clear estimate of the remaining cost for each project. He adds : "Lots of people lose their family homes due to lack of means to renovate them, even though there is plenty of help available today. Our goal, with Rénov’ Overall’, is to significantly reduce the remaining costs for owners and to make energy renovation projects more accessible, by managing everything from A to Z, from the file
administrative work."

A synergy in favor of the local economy

With Rénov’ Global’ Occitanie, the three founders opt for an economic model focused on the development of close partnerships with local artisans. "We collaborate with three to four partners per type of activity that we have selected for their expertise and the quality of their work. We bring them projects and then we manage the entire customer relations and subsidies part. This gives us
At the same time, it allows us to expand our operational capacity and ensure consistent quality in the completion of renovation projects." An approach which aims to strengthen the local economy and contribute to a sustainable professional network while promoting real estate in the region.
