Sexual assault during a snow class in the Pyrenees: a CM2 student permanently excluded from his private school

The children attending school in Castres left for a stay in the Pyrenees at the beginning of January. But upon his return, a boy told his parents what had happened.

They had gone to spend a pleasant stay in the mountains in the Pyrenees at the beginning of January. But for one of the CM2 students from the Salle Saint-Pierre private school in Castres in Tarn, he came home traumatized. And confided to his parents when he returned that he had been sexually assaulted.

A toothbrush

During snow class, one of the boys was sexually assaulted using a toothbrush by one of his classmates . The scene took place in front of another child of the same age, as reported by La Dépêche.

After the incident, the victim complained of pain in the lower abdomen to the accompanying adults, but without revealing what had really happened.

It's only when he returns that he will tell his parents the facts. The latter immediately reported the facts to the director of the establishment, but they did not want to file a complaint.

One child excluded permanently, another temporarily, an investigation open

The child, perpetrator of the attack, was definitively excluded. Anyone who witnessed the scene was temporarily excluded.

The management of the establishment notified the rectorate who informed the courts. An investigation has been opened. The two children will be heard, but they cannot be sentenced to a criminal sanction, they are too young, they are under 13 years old.

On the other hand, educational measures could be requested for the perpetrator.
