She was one of the star sailboats of Escale à Sète, the Santa Maria Manuela is on call until this evening

The former cod fisherman, who had come to Sète for a stopover, made a detour to the Singular Island before leaving again this Friday, May 3.

With its large white hull and its magnificent four masts, it was one of the most popular sailboats during the last edition of Escale à Sète. Arriving straight from Ajaccio this Thursday, the Santa Maria Manuela will set sail for Italy this Friday 3 from 8 p.m. .

Chartered by Germans

During its short stopover in Sète, along the Quai du Maroc, the former cod tanker was chartered by a German company for privileged clients. It is therefore not open to visits. But with the return of good weather, its hull lends itself perfectly to photos.
