Les rues de Mende ont été transformées en terrain de sport ce samedi 15 juin 2024, à l’initiative de l’Office de commerce CÅ“ur de Lozère.

Archery at the wheat market, ping-pong on the Estoup and République squares, basketball on the Chaptal square, smoothie bike rue d’Angiran, the’ rsquo;Office de commerce CÅ“ur de Lozère organized this Saturday, June 15, 2024, a "sporting"  for merchants in the city center, who are called upon to distribute scratch tickets and shopping bags stamped with the Olympic rings and local shops.

Sports clubs in demand

The licensees of the Éveil Mendois for table tennis, the First Company of Mende Archers for archery, the Basket Causse Mendois for basketball were therefore put contribution to support participants, young or old. And after the sport, the reward, as Marie Reynaud, city center manager, pointed out: "Around thirty traders are participating in the operation, with scratch tickets to win Cad’O CÅ“ur checks, for a total value of 1 000 €, to be spent at merchants until the end of July.&quot ; And the manager reminded: "It’is a first edition which fits with the Euro football and the Olympic Games to come."
