Starligue: after Hesham, Villeminot and Fernandez, a new weight package for a few weeks at MHB

Le pivot croate du Montpellier Handball Veron Nacinovic s'est blessé à l'entraînement à un doigt et sera absent pour au moins trois semaines, alors que le MHB reçoit Ivry ce vendredi (20 h) pour la reprise de Starligue. 

The weeks follow one another and are similar at the MHB. Unfortunately for Patrice Canayer, his pivot Veron Nacinovic will not be available for the next three weeks.

The Croatian international pivot actually injured a finger, which it got stuck in the jersey of one of his teammates, and suffers from a fracture. He will have surgery this Friday morning to stabilize the fracture. 

To compensate for Nacinovic's package, Patrice Canayer will call in reinforcement the young Léo Fournié (20 years old), pivot of the MHB reserve team.

Karlsson and Guigon uncertain

In the bad news department, left winger Jaime Fernandez will be unavailable between eight to 15 days following an ankle injury, contracted during Montpellier's victory against Dunkirk (36-26 ), last week in the quarter-final of the Coupe de France.

Concerning the group on the match sheet this Friday evening (8 p.m.) to face Ivry when the Starligue resumes, questions persist about the presence or name of left-handers Sebastian Karlsson and Lucas Guigon.

The Swede has actually been ill for a few days while the Frenchman is suffering from a muscle contracture. Tests will be carried out Friday morning to find out more.
