A formal hearing was held this Friday before the Nîmes Court of Appeal for a series of oaths with a notary, legal assistants and honorary magistrates. Xavier Bonhomme, the Attorney General was present at this oath with Mrs. Reymond, Attorney General. In the audience, the relatives of the people who took the oath filled the benches of the large courtroom.

Michel Raffin, honorary magistrate acting as judge (MHFJ), assigned to the Carpentras judicial court, public prosecutor. Marie-Pierre Fournier, (MHFJ) assigned to the Nîmes court of appeal. Gilles Balay (honorary magistrate acting as judge), Nîmes Court of Appeal. Geneviève Perrin, a prominent figure in the judiciary and former president of the Gard Assize Court, was sworn in as an honorary magistrate acting as judge. She is assigned to the Alès judicial court.
