Le programme d'échange d'étudiants Erasmus permet aux étudiants de développer leurs connaissances à l'étranger.

Pia Söderbeg, Louise Eriksson and Pia Sahl, are truck driving teachers in a public school in Södra Viken (Sweden). It is in this town close to the border with Norway that CAP or Bac pro students from the La Salle high school in Alès should, next year, go to sharpen their skills in the framework of an exchange of students from the Erasmus program.

This Thursday morning, the three Swedish professors visited the facilities of the private establishment. "These are preparatory interviews that we set up to plan everything, explains the English teacher in charge of this project, Caroline Wolberg. These professional exchanges are very interesting. The learning methods are different, it allows you to develop additional skills and have international experience."

Thus, the program for French students begins to take shape: installing chains on heavy goods vehicles, driving in the snow, driving forestry equipment…

The French teachers are in turn preparing to leave for Sweden and the Canary Islands where another program of this type is planned.
