Teachers' and parents' unions boycott the Gard Departmental Council of National Education

The school map was to be revealed this Friday, February 9. But the FSU announced a boycott of the latter.

The FSU teaching union announced this Friday, February 9, the boycott of the Departmental Council of National Education of Gard which was to rule on the school map. "The staff representatives, joined by those of the parents of students, did not sit on the CDEN. The meeting was adjourned due to lack of quorum."

According to the FSU, "a lack of sufficient communications from Dasen is the main reason. In fact, trade union organizations were prevented from defending schools and presenting their proposals for opening classes. They contest the validity of the session of the Social Administration Committee, internal to National Education, which was held this Thursday and for which the unfavorable vote of all representatives was not respected."

The FSU requests that Dasen once again convene a session of the Social Administration Committee with elected officials, parents and partners of National Education .
