The 21st edition of “Chacun sa stride” canceled in Montpellier due to the weather

The Bois de Montmaur was to host this event this Saturday, April 27. This is the largest event in Occitanie bringing together people with mental disabilities and the general public.

The 21st edition of the sporting and cultural event "Chacun sa stride", which was to take place at the Bois de Montmaur, this Saturday, April 27, has been canceled due to the rainy weather forecast.

Organized by Montpellier Culture Sport Adapté, it is the largest adapted sports event in the Occitanie region. Nearly 400 people, with mental disabilities and associated or unrelated motor disorders, participate each year.

Workshops, meals, cross…

Many adapted sporting and cultural activities, supervised by specialized professionals (equifeel, graffiti, volleyball with the MHSC treetop volleyball, rugby, archery, wooden games, percussion, motor course ) were on the program, as were a meal and three adapted crosses open to the general public.
