Du 8 au 10 mars, les Biterrois pourront découvrir le salon de l'apéro au parc des expositions de Béziers. 56 exposants sont annoncés pour satisfaire tous les amateurs de ce moment de convivialité.
From Friday March 8 to Sunday March 10, the aperitif fair is held at the Béziers exhibition center. A third edition for this show but a first in the city of Riquet, after the first two which took place in Narbonne.
"The idea of this show is that it didn’not exist,< /em> laughs Sébastien Lafage, the organizer. It only takes place in the South for now since I'm the only one doing it. I would like to perpetuate it in Béziers, or even expand it. For the moment, 56 exhibitors are planned for this edition. I refuse a lot to avoid duplication and so that everyone can work."

An idea that attracted more than one during the first two editions, with an original concept. "It's a general public show with professionals also present to look for products, explains Sébastien Lafage. In terms of exhibitors, all aperitif categories are represented. Also good on drinks with wine, beer and spirits; on gastronomy there is seafood, cured meats and spreads; as well as everything that is tableware barbecue, wood board… There will even be a Cultura stand with aperitif games."
As in the first two editions, it is possible to come and have an aperitif and discover products, both for professionals and individuals. The entrance fee is set at 6 euros, which allows for musical entertainment (DJ Cédric on Saturdays and the Latin group "Los Payoss" ;, Friday). Other activities are also planned: pétanque, bar games such as table football, pinball. An exhibition of "funny photos on the theme of aperitifs" will also be presented.
