Arrival of the first snows: the region on alert

#OCCITANIE. While the first snowflakes appeared this Wednesday morning in Mende, on the slopes of Aigoual, in the Cévennes but also in the upper cantons of Hérault, an orange snow-ice alert was launched in the ;rsquo;afternoon for five departments in the region (Hérault, Aude, Tarn, Aveyron and Lozère).

In Lozère on Wednesday, snow had covered the A75 without really impacting traffic but traffic was difficult on secondary roads, notably the RN88 between the motorway and Mende. In the Gard, powder snow has covered the slopes of Aigoual, making it possible to envisage an opening of the Alti Aigoual station this Saturday.

A film between now and the Césars ?

#HERAULT. “Dog from the junkyard”, the first feature film by Jean-Baptiste Durand, shot in Pouget and Sète, brings rural youth to the screen. It has already enjoyed great public success with nearly 90,000 entries. The film is eligible for Césars in several categories.

Obviously, he forgot to ask for authorization to use this image as revealed by the site l'Agglorieuse. Contacted this Tuesday by L'Indépendant, the editions Albert René confirm having requested the removal of the image.
