The BMC Béziers riders in the running for the Coupe de France Nationale 1

Sunday April 21, the riders from BMC Béziers took part in the National 1 French Cup

Sunday April 21, the N3 team from BMC Béziers was invited to participate in the Roger Walkowiak Trophy, in Cusset, support for the French Nationale 1 cup. nbsp;Alexandre Diaz, Charles Marchandise, Corentin Dubois, Florian Gaillard, Gauthier Navarro and Elder Cölln made up the team.

A first loop of 80 km followed by 5 loops of 16 km were on the program, but a heavy fall and a neutralization of the race for 45 minutes caused one to be withdrawn loop of the final circuit.

In dire weather conditions, falls and a course with 2 100 m of  difference in altitude, it’s a group of eight runners who took part in the race. rsquo;victory was disputed. Behind, at 22 seconds, a peloton of around fifty riders competed for the places of honor. Charles Marchandise grabbed the lead. ;29th place, Gauthier Navarro, 32nd and Alexandre Diaz, 55th. A great experience for Béziers runners.
