The complaint against Richard Tibérino is closed, the Nîmes elected official definitively exonerated

Justice ordered the dismissal of a complaint filed by a relation of the elected official who denounced inappropriate behavior

This Friday, January 26, the case against Richard Tibérino is definitively closed.  The Nîmes prosecutor's office confirmed this evening on Midi Libre that  the complaint filed against the elected official had been closed "for insufficiently serious offense". Which means that the investigations carried out by the police did not uncover a crime.  A relative of the elected official with whom he was having an affair had filed a complaint. in July 2022. She denounced inappropriate behavior even violent in the context of their relationship. Contacted this Friday evening, Richard Tibérino did not hide his relief after the court decision and indicated that he had undergone a real ordeal in the context of this affair which “very much affected me and my family (.. .) I am truly grateful to the judicial authority who recognized my innocence.
