Well established in Occitanie with agencies in Tarn, Haute-Garonne, Aude and Aveyron, the company now wishes to deploy in Lozère, where it has already provided numerous training courses with ;rsquo;territory companies in recent years. To meet demand and offer good training conditions to their clients, Lozère Développement offered managers the opportunity to study a location in the Carlac ZAE, in Bourgs-sur-Colagne. Véronique Clavel-Jacquere, trainer in human resources and communication for SAS Moi J’Y Vais which she directs, sought an implementation solution in the territory by meeting managers companies, federations of professionals and executives from the public and private sector.

Perfectly adapted premises

The meeting with Lozère Développement was decisive for the realization of this project. 500 m2 for classroom training

For Véronique Claval-Jacqueres the training conditions will be ideal: "We now have a center of more than 500 m² able to accommodate all indoor training and we will build a road track on the adjoining plot for driving construction equipment and road vehicles. This site opens up new perspectives for us, because it will allow us to provide a large part of the CFPR's offering, but also the consulting, coaching and training missions that I provide. Finally, being validated as people with reduced mobility (PMR), we will be able to offer training tailored to the needs and disability of the learner.&quot ;

Sessions are already being held on site. The CFPR has set itself the objective of having the site definitively operational in the second half of 2024 for all security training and diploma training.
