The 169 student housing units in this residence were delivered by Sogeprom-Pragma. For social housing, it will be in the first quarter of 2025.
The saga is over. Announced since the end of the 2000s, the Du-Guesclin project has had to face a number of twists and turns. Including multiple appeals from local residents, height of buildings, public rights of way, etc. In 2012, the deputy mayor at the time in charge of urban planning, a certain Michaël Delafosse, said: “We are determined to see this project come to fruition to contribute to improving the neighborhood.”
Student housing delivered… and inhabited
It is now a done deal. Sogeprom Pragma has delivered the 169 student housing units (T1 and T2) that Kaelis Comédie has for the start of the 2024 academic year. All of them have found tenants. The developer will then deliver the 31 social housing units (T2 to T4), managed by ICF habitat, SNCF's lessor, former owner of the land, “in the first quarter of 2025”, appreciates Pierre Raymond, regional director of Sogeprom-Pragma.
