The couple now owns two restaurants in the muscatiere city.

It's officially launched! Monday January 22, Cécile and Grégory Doucey, renowned chef restaurateur, welcomed numerous guests for the inauguration of their new establishment. The family, municipal elected officials, friends and business owners close to their first restaurant the "In-Fine", rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, as well as Maxime Grau, the former boss who handed him the relay, participated in the event.

Around the buffet deliciously stocked with seafood, fellow restaurateurs gathered. The chef Pricillia Lebon of the restaurant "L'Ogustin", in La Vacquerie-et-Saint-Martin-de-Castries, a few service providers carefully chosen by the chef for the quality of their food like Mathieu Rouzières and his oysters raised in Saint-Félix, in Loupian, Théo Alcaraz and his wines from the Saint-Jean-de-la-Cavalerie estate (Montblanc) or Julien du "Flaconneur" who assists him in the assortment of his wine list.

The chef doesn't stop there. He is soon involved in a special evening: the "Sainte Tartine" in Montpellier, Tuesday January 30, where you can taste its "Tartine franchouillarde de la Camargue à Collioure", a variation of AOP Camargue bull and roque anchovies on bread from the Clé du moulin bakery, with a tasting of Pays d’Oc IGP wines. Thirty chefs will be present and each will produce their own sandwiches.

The "MG" by Cécile and Grégory is therefore launched and has already thought out its Valentine's Day menu: perfect egg siphon potato, mushroom cannelloni, bacon emulsion fried onions, just seared prawns, olives and lemon, the brie is the plays at the Royale, the lovers' forest and praline and rose marshmallow.
