Les frères Aragon et Claire Delmas ont bien représenté Millau sur les sentiers.

The cold and bad weather did not discourage those motivated to take a bib this weekend. Not far from Millau, two major trails took place. The first is an unmissable event in March, the Ceven trail which takes root in Vigan, in the Gard. With five races on the program, from 101 to 12 km, the event was sold out. Claire Delmas excelled on the Sweet Onion Trail (23 km) in 2h19. She was beaten by world champion Blandine L'Hirondel who dominated the event in 1h52 – and who took 4th place overall out of 312 participants — and Alésienne Nathalie Bouet (2nd in 2h17).

A podium for Dan and Tom Aragon

The other notable performance of the weekend for the Sud-Aveyronnais arrived from Tarn. The Aragon brothers, Dan and Tom, were engaged on the Black Mountain trail, in Saint-Amans-Soult. Four races were organized from 10 to 65 km and they were on the longest. Starting off quietly, they gradually moved up the rankings to finish, as is the family tradition, together in second place in 7h18.
