The Biltoki café will rent the space at the standard rate (52 euros per m2) but with a variable share set at 8% of the turnover generated by the café on the premises. rsquo;previous year.
The 60 m2 room provided for the seminars will rent for 200 € per day, 130 € half-day, 150 € the evening.
