The procedures to follow to submit your candidacy for the legislative elections at the Lozère prefecture

Declarations of candidacy must be submitted, in duplicate, to the Lozère prefecture between Wednesday June 12 at 9 a.m. and Sunday June 16 at 6 p.m. They must be delivered personally by the candidate or his replacement.

The prefecture informs of the provisions concerning the submission of declarations of candidacy for the legislative elections of 2024.

The declarations of candidacy, accompanied by the written acceptance of the replacement, must be submitted, in duplicate, to the prefecture (3 rue du Faubourg Montbel, in Mende) between Wednesday 12&nbsp June at 9 a.m. and Sunday June 16 at 6 p.m. The declaration of candidacy must be submitted personally by the candidate or his replacement.

Opening hours

Nominations will be received by appointment (made by email: pref-elections@lozere.gouv.fr) and according to the following times: Wednesday 12 to Friday June 14, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.; on Saturday June 15 and Sunday June 16 in the afternoon, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In addition, all candidates must declare a financial agent to the prefecture. This declaration must be accompanied by a legible photocopy of the candidate's identity document as well as that of the financial agent.
