Les Sétois ont créé une belle surprise lors des Interclubs 2024. 

The seniors of Sète Padel Club experienced a great weekend, February 3 and 4 in the Paris region. Defying all predictions, they actually shone during the 2024 Interclubs by becoming vice champions of France in Nationale 1, notably beating some good teams.

During the first round, it was TCM Vençois (Paca) who caught the fresh wind in the face. In the quarter-final, Toulouse did not resist either, just like Bordeaux in the semi-finals. An opponent who nevertheless had two French Top 5 players in his ranks. With one victory everywhere, the Sétois then won the third, decisive match quite easily.

Never favorites, but so far always winners. Finally, the weapons were laid down against the Parisian club Casa Padel. But the Sétois left their mark on the tournament. "The story is beautiful", confirms co-president Fabien Dugrip. "We didn’necessarily have the biggest team on paper, but something happened… We pursue a high-level policy and, between the selection of Célia Talano in the French team and this title of vice champion of France, we confirm."
