Après une ultime réunion ce lundi 12 février, deux syndicats de cheminots maintiennent leur rappel à la grève pour la période du 15 au 19 février, en pleines vacances scolaires. Des perturbations sont attendues dès jeudi soir.
A little over a year after their Christmas strike, SNCF controllers are back at it again in the middle of the school holiday weekend. Despite three round tables and nine hours of dialogue, and following a final meeting this Monday, February 12, management and the unions did not reach an agreement. If the CFDT lifts its notice, the CGT and Sud-Rail maintain their call for a controllers' strike.
Announcements deemed insufficient
The latter are demanding in particular concrete and immediate actions on the work bonus, with a monthly increase of 150 to 200 euros, and on the end of career. The latest announcements from management, among which an exceptional bonus of 400 euros and 100 additional hires were not considered sufficient.
A strike notice for the weekend of February 16 – 18 was filed on February 2 by Sud-Rail, which is therefore maintained. Disturbances are expected in train traffic from this Thursday, February 15 at 8 p.m., and until Monday, February 19 at 8 a.m.
Disruptions on TGV and TER trains
This weekend marks the second weekend of the February school holidays for zone C (which concerns the academies of Montpellier, Toulouse, Paris, Versailles and Créteil) and the first weekend end of vacation for zone A (Besaçon, Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Grenoble, Limoges, Lyon and Poitiers).
The mobilization promises to be significant on the TGVs, but the TER should not be spared either, specifies RTL. Any possible train cancellations will be clarified this Wednesday, February 14, but the biggest disruptions are expected from Friday, February 16 in the morning.& nbsp;
"For the moment, with the feedback we have, we have approximately between 70 and 90% of controllers who have announced themselves as strikers& quot;, declared on RMC Fabien Villedieu, member of the federal office of Sud-Rail.& ;nbsp;
