Since Monday, May 13, the town hall has offered a new website with “more fluid” accessibility. and some new features.

The Bagnols-sur-Cèze town hall website is getting a makeover. The mayor and the communications department presented the new interface and graphic charter this Monday, May 13, in the premises of the digital hive, "a symbolic place" where speakers support, among other things, citizens in carrying out their administrative procedures.

"The other site was getting old. He wasn’not very interactive, explains Jean-Yves Chapelet. On the new one, accessibility is much smoother. We immediately find the three most important things: online procedures, the family portal and reporting a problem." The new site is said "responsive design" which allows you to have a display adapted to the size of the screen. This was not the case with the old one.

A year and a half of work

Among the new features, there is the subscription to the newsletter "to be informed of everything that is happening in the city in real time& quot;, the form to report a problem or the frequently asked questions (FAQ). A tool that allows you to enlarge the size of characters or line spacing has also been added to make the interface "more inclusive" . The new site is the result of a year and a half of discussions between a working group from the municipality and the Voix off communications agency, based in Bagnols, which carried out the entire coding part. The town hall did not wish to communicate the budget allocated for the realization of this project.
