The prosecution had all the conclusions of the Vias affair since February 2023 and therefore two conclusions of nullity since early Wednesday afternoon. The president, Abdessamad Errabih, confirmed that he had received the lawyers' conclusions on time and that he was ready to debate. The defense lawyers were also in the same position. But for the serenity of the debates the referral was accepted. At the same time of speaking and without addressing the fund, the demolition of the footbridge was discussed, the subject of all disagreements, the president agreeing that his jurisdiction was not competent to make such a decision.< /p>
