The Yoga Summer Camp returns to Pailhas on June 22 and 23

Pendant deux jours, plus de 40 intervenants aveyronnais se mobilisent bénévolement pour faire découvrir leurs univers et leurs passions.

After two notable first editions, the Yoga Summer Camp returns to Pailhas on June 22 and 23. At the gates of the Gorges du Tarn, just 10 minutes from Millau, this general public festival once again offers a very varied program this year for all levels, all ages, and all desires, with more than 60 workshops and an atmosphere that exudes simplicity and Aveyron authenticity.

For two days, more than 40 Aveyron speakers volunteer to help people discover their worlds and passions. "Everyone will of course be able to practice yoga, but not only that, say the organizers. Because this festival is also and above all dedicated to well-being in all its forms with many other gentle practices.

Introductions or "Yoga Pilates"  courses will be offered; by "Zen Nature" (collective meditations, relaxology, Do-In, Gi Gong, Mov Nat, botanical walk, sophrology, olfactory meditation, sophro-walk, lithotherapy, discovery of acupressure) ; "d’Art Son" (sound therapy, sound journeys, drum circle, shamanic journeys, sacred dance, Aboriginal art, body-painting, intuitive dance…)

Workshops for children (yoga and acroyoga, relaxation, totem animals, Aboriginal painting), talks (discussions and friendly sharing on themes linked to well-being such as history and philosophy of yoga, Ayurveda, shamanism…) or even massages and individual treatments (reflexology, Ayurvedic massages, sound massages, shiatsu, nursing touch, aromatherapy, sound therapy, Bach flowers… ) will also be offered.

As well as an ethical market with stalls of local artisans and a concert evening hosted by Har Yogi (mantras sung by a trio of musicians to the rhythm percussion and Ukulele melodies).
