Even if he will drink (in moderation) a lot more during these two days of the festival dedicated to him in Frontignan, the Muscat arrived, contained in a barrel, on an old boat this Saturday July 20 in end of the day along the Quai Voltaire. It was therefore surrounded by the honors due to his rank that Muscat was escorted in a procession by Le Temps Jadis, the Lou Senglié Bullfighting Club, and the Grailhes de Thau to the rue du port where was officially opened this 36th edition.

Success around the stands

So from the very first moments the stand run by the local wine union, on Place Jean-Jaurès, generated a long queue of customers who came to buy their precious sesame (*) in order to taste the production of local winegrowers which are the cooperative cellar, the Mas de Madame, the Domaine de la Plaine, the Mas de la Plaine Haute, the Domaine Peyronnet as well as the Domaine du Mas Rouge. All accompanied by snacks or meals served in the adjacent streets. This first day continued with the implementation of multiple activities and festive and/or musical events. With the weather forecast for this Sunday, the party will certainly be even more beautiful.
