Three people from Bagno achieved good times last weekend at the French 10 kilometer championship in Roanne. The next competition is scheduled for Saturday May 4 for the Gardoise evening organized by the BMA in Bagnols.

Three runners from the Bagnols Marcoule Athlétisme (BMA) club participated for the first time in the French 10 kilometer championship on Sunday April 14 in Roanne. Marine Valette finished 5th hopeful out of 31 with an honorable time of 36’03. 900 women took the start. Among the men, Luc Bultel and Bernard Maurand respectively took 28th (48’14) and 33rd (49’50) place in the Master 7 category (from 70 to 74 years old). These results on the road bode well for the rest of the season. The next meeting is scheduled for Saturday May 4 with the Gardoise evening organized by the BMA on the track of the Léo-Lagrange stadium. This competition is open from the cadet category to the masters. Running, jumping and throwing events will take place throughout the evening.
