Traffic jam warning this Tuesday morning in Montpellier: the 4 Boulevards are once again blocking traffic in Berthelot

Residents of the 4 Boulevards are demonstrating again to protest against the reopening of Boulevard Berthelot to two-way traffic starting next November. 

After a summer break, the Collectif des 4 Boulevards is back. Members of the collective have been blocking traffic since 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10 at 45 Boulevard Berthelot. They denounce the transfer of traffic to the boulevards Rabelais, Berthelot, Vieussens and d'Orient after the closure of the avenue Albert-Dubout as part of the traffic plan adopted two years ago.

They also denounce the upcoming reopening of the boulevard Berthelot in two directions with increased traffic as a result.
