Advice to gourmands! A new address opened its doors last week, Place du Millénaire in Antigone: Le Croissant by Martin Brossard.

At the helm of this new brand are two 27-year-old pastry bakers. These enthusiasts are proud to present their new concept highlighting the croissant. And invite you to discover or rediscover "a unique shape but with a multitude of possible flavors". They tell us the genesis of this beautiful professional and friendship story.

How was this project born ?

As we were both trained pastry bakers, the croissant interested us because it is the signature of every baker. Then, we noticed on social networks that the savory croissant was fashionable. It started in Paris, we wanted to be the first in Montpellier.

How did you meet ?

We had been colleagues for several years in a well-known bakery in the neighborhood. Over time, we became like brothers, spending all our days together, we shared many things and little by little we matured this project that we had in mind for a year and a half. The opportunity presented itself with this premises on Place du Millénaire, in a neighborhood that we knew well with the potential of the terrace and the former owner believed in our youth and our project.

What do you offer ?

We offer a range of savory and sweet croissant recipe creation: two hot and four cold ranges. All products are fresh and homemade, therefore 100% artisanal

On the savory side, we have the superior, the refined or the divine…

On the sweet side, the pistachio, the spread, the raspberry or the croissant filled with pastry cream, as well as the croissant of the month, which this month is salted butter caramel. We also offer salads, quiches and a flan, on the sweet side. Finally, we have a tea room, and also offer milkshakes. Our passion is to satisfy you with an unforgettable taste experience.
