Two Carcassonnais entrepreneurs merge to become leaders in digital recruitment

Originally from Carcassonne (Aude), Baptiste Vavdin and Henri de Lorgeril share the common ambition of becoming leaders in digital recruitment by creating the WEFY Group, born from the merger of their respective structures Mobiskill and Avizio.

Both based in Paris, thirty-something entrepreneurs Baptiste Vavdin and Henri de Lorgeril met thanks to their common origins, in Carcassonne (Aude). Both are founders of companies specializing in IT recruitment: Mobiskill for the first, specializing in the hiring of IT developers and technical directors for start-ups, and Avizio for Henri de Longeril, dedicated to digital recruitment (and integrated in 2022 into the specialized European Digital Group), for the same structures. At the start of 2024, the two friends decided to merge their companies to create the WEFY Group (for: "We, For You"), with the same ambition: to become leaders in digital recruitment.

At a time when the search for talent is becoming one of the main challenges for growing start-ups, the WEFY Group brings together the know-how of its original structures ( recruitment, transition management and outsourced services) to avoid the "empty chair” dilemma growing tech companies. The Group thus covers 10 cities in France and Switzerland, and has a total of 12,000 customers from all walks of life, including several large groups (Axa, BPCE, Printemps, etc.).

A pivotal rapprochement

With the same ambition to create "a key player and thus offer a unique HR service model" assures Henri de Lorgeril, co-founder d'Avizio, who shares with Baptiste Vardin, co-founder of Mobiskill, the desire to respond to the more specific needs of the tech and digital ecosystem".

Today totaling 130 employees, the WEFY Group has a turnover of 22 M€ in 2023, and hopes to reach 80 M€ by 2028. It targets 30% annual growth by this date, in particular thanks to external growth.

Orchestrated by the European Digital Group, which had already integrated Avizio, this merger meets its external growth objectives, with the aim of offering a global and complete offer to companies in their digital transformation across all sectors. levers (1,500 talents in 27 specialties in digital fields, notably content fields, including marketing performance, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and finally human resources and growth managers).
