It's a feeling that can't have been pleasant. Winner of the American Marcos Giron (66th in the world) in three sets  6-4, 3-6, 4-6, 6-0, 6-2, the Briton Jack Drapper (55th) hastened to go to the nearest trash can to vomit, only… ;nbsp;a few moments after shaking his opponent's hand.

Such illness could generally be explained by the temperature and long exposure to the sun, but the two men only spent 3 hours 17 minutes on the court while the thermometer barely exceeded the 30 degrees. Nothing very extreme in short.

Stress blamed by Draper

"I think it was more the psychological stress that caused my fatigue rather than a physical problem", he explained according to the BBC.

"I'm not usually sick, it's weird. It was obviously a physical match with complicated conditions but it wasn't that long for a five-set match."
