German cyclist Nils Politt, competing this Saturday, August 3, in the road race, stopped in the middle of the event at the Paris 2024 Olympics to relieve his bladder in front of hundreds of spectators.

Sometimes, the urge is too pressing. That's what happened to cyclist Nils Politt. In the middle of the road race, the German could no longer hold back and had to stop in a café to relieve himself.

And it was in Amélie Poulain's café, the Café des 2 Moulins, that the cyclist stopped, in an exceptional atmosphere.

Encouraged by the hundreds of spectators present on site, the cyclist finally left a few minutes later, with a smile on his face and an empty bladder.

He finished in 70th place

Nils Politt finally finished in 70th place in the road cycling event with a time of 6h39mn29s.

As a reminder, Belgian Remco Evenepoel won the gold medal ahead of the two Frenchmen Valentin Madouas and Christophe Laporte.
