VIDEO. Tennis: huge blow for Arthur Cazaux, who retires after twisting his ankle in the first round in Barcelona

Arthur Cazaux (75th in the world) had to retire during the first round of the Barcelona tournament against the Italian Matteo Arnaldi, after violently twisting his ankle in the middle of the match.
