Le collectif "Infirmiers libéraux en colère" appelait à manifester ce jeudi soir sur la Comédie, afin de mettre en avant les revendications portées par ce mouvement né en décembre 2022.

This Thursday evening, like almost everywhere in France, the collective "Angry Liberal Nurses" demonstrated at the Comédie, organizing a flash mob and a torchlight march. Yannick Allilaire, liberal nurse in La Grande-Motte, is the national coordinator of the collective.

"We have two major demands, he explains. Firstly the revaluation of nursing medical procedures (AMI), which have been blocked since 2009, while the cost of living has increased by 20% over the same time. We are also asking that the fixed travel allowance (IFD), increased from 2.30 euros; at 2.50 € in 2011, increases to 3 €."

"Our hardship is not recognized"

The nursing care assessment (BSI) also crystallizes anger. "We are imposed a daily rate without taking into account the number of visits made to the home. It costs us 3.50 € per day".

Pensions constitute another point of tension. "The real full rate for us is at 67 years old. We ask that it be at 64, because we lose a lot by leaving at that age, and even more at 62. It’is all the more unfair since the arduousness of our profession is not recognized".
