La CPME du Gard remettra des trophées aux entreprises responsables et engagées du département le 12 décembre au Kinepolis de Nîmes.
The CPME du Gard will recognize on December 12, 6 p.m., at the Kinepolis in Nîmes, the responsible and committed companies of the department with fewer than 50 employees. “Our employers' union has been defending SMEs and VSEs in our region for 25 years. We are organizing this event to promote companies with virtuous approaches, like what was launched a few years ago by the CPME Héraultaise", presented Sabrina Jean, president of the CPME du Gard.
She intends to give visibility to Gard companies to showcase their know-how, promote them, and allow them to discuss their practices.
Eight categories
To make this event a success, the employers' union relied on partners such as the Chamber of Trades and Crafts, the French Building Federation of Gard, the Union of Metallurgy Industries and Trades, the urban communities (Nîmes Métropole, Alès Agglo, Gard rhodanien), and also on the Region “which is the friend of Occitanie businesses, in support of exemplary operations”, underlines regional elected official Fabrice Verdier. “We can only support this approach. We also have measures that concern the environmental impact”, he adds.
SMEs and VSEs will be able to register for the ERE trophy from Tuesday, October 1st until November 15th before a jury selects the best applications in different categories: suppliers, human resources, responsible digital technology, collaborative management, societal commitment, environmental management, inclusive recruitment, responsible communication.
A prize will also be awarded to a company with more than 50 employees that ticks all the right boxes in the competition. “These are beautiful stories, extraordinary nuggets”, confides Vincent Martin, vice-president of services at the CPME du Gard. Participants are not required to join the employers' union. A word to the wise.
