Relations are probably tense between Meghan Markle and her half-brother Thomas Markle Jr. In a video published on his YouTube channel Friday April 12, the latter crudely apes the former Duchess of Sussex and wife of Prince Harry on into which he pours out his flood of hatred.

Dressed in a wig on his head, a tiara and padding under his t-shirt at chest level, and using a deliberately exasperating voice to imitate Meghan Markle, he films himself for an hour and a half facing the camera while spouting insults and absurdities.

Internet users are stepping up

Naming his half-sister "Me-gain", a nickname he gave her in reference to her alleged taste for money, he calls her in particular "narcissistic" and peddles baseless conspiracy theories about her and her family. All the more disconcerting, as Le Figaro indicates, Thomas Markle is paid in tips by certain users to insult the duchess live.

In reaction to this grotesque video, which is not the first attack on his half-sister, several Internet users, politicians and royalty experts have condemned these abuses and demanded the removal of his Youtube channel.

This is not the first time that Thomas Markle Jr has sought to harm the ex-duchess. In 2018, he sent Prince Harry a desperate letter begging him not to marry Meghan. Since then, it is on his YouTube channel that he has continued his smear campaign. There also accuses his half-sister of being responsible for his failures, even claiming to have become homeless because of her.
