With its recent certification, the Local Integration Mission further establishes its role in the Thau basin

La structure qui promeut l’emploi et l’insertion des jeunes vient d’obtenir une labélisation nationale lui assurant la continuité des financements publics.

It is the fruit of in-depth work carried out for four years by Yamina Chihib, the director of the local Mission. The association which promotes the employment and integration of young people in the Thau basin was awarded the label of the Local Missions network this past Friday, July 5. It thus joins the twenty other similar structures that have been certified in France. "This establishes our role in the territory", rejoices the director.

Sustain public funding

This labeling is the result of an audit, passed with flying colors, last April by the Yamina Chihib teams. " We received a visit from an Afnor certified auditor and another from the local Missions network [outside the region Editor's note]."  It also intervenes at the request of the General Directorate of Employment and Training (DGSP) and concerns all local missions of National territory. "This label is valid for a period of two years, it was necessary to obtain it in order to sustain our public funding", details the director for whom the strength of the structure lies above all in "its territorial anchoring and its local governance".
