Ce lundi matin, André Deljarry, Eric Giraudier et Dominique Crayssac ont inauguré le 19e Purple Campus de la CCI. A terme, celui-ci intègrera la future Maison de l'entreprise.
90 training courses and 11,000 apprentices throughout Occitanie. Purple Campus is a key player in local training, with branches in all the departments of the former Languedoc Roussillon and, until now, 18 campuses in the greater region.
This Monday morning, a 19th campus was inaugurated: that of Nîmes-centre, which completes Purple Campus' Gard offer. Until then, training courses were offered on the sites of Alès, Marguerittes and Grau-du-Roi. This 19th campus will be located "from March 2025 in the future Maison de l'Entreprise", this sumptuous building built on the ring road, near the future Jacques-Chirac park. In the meantime, classes are being held in the Eerie building, on Georges-Besse park. Present in Nîmes this Monday, the president of Purple Campus Occitanie and president of the Hérault Chamber of Commerce and Industry, André Djelarry, did not fail to highlight "the excellent health" of the Purple Campus training offer, aimed at young people and adults in retraining "in this constantly changing world. We train agile professionals, capable of meeting the challenges of tomorrow. Our 19 campuses, spread across all regions, are real hubs of innovation, with modern infrastructures." André Deljarry did not fail to emphasize the“84% exam success rate and a 91% hiring rate within six months of graduation”, thanks in particular to the link with 11,700 partner companies.
“In 2024, we plan to consolidate our historical training courses (catering, commerce, automotive), while moving into new areas”. And to cite the fields of artificial intelligence, renewable energies, data management, industrial maintenance, optical fiber, etc. “In our region, there are 80,000 to 100,000 jobs to be created. This strength that we have at Purple Occitanie does not exist anywhere else."The new purple campus in Nîmes centre will employ "nine permanent employees and 72 speakers" and will offer cross-disciplinary training with Marguerittes: digital professions, business management, human resources, etc., explains the general manager of Purple Campus Dominique Crayssac. 120 work-study students were welcomed on the campus this Monday. Ultimately, the 19th campus plans to welcome 200 to 220 within three to five years.
"The needs of companies are constantly evolving. We have a totally shared vision on strategies and objectives. Purple campus is a serious offer.”
