46,299 households in Lozère must declare their income by May 30 on the internet, on May 21 by paper

The 2023 income declaration campaign is open on the impots.gouv.fr website. Lozeriens who wish to declare online have until Thursday May 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., to connect. Those who prefer the paper declaration will watch their mailbox: the sending of forms takes place until April 26, 2024. They will have until Tuesday 21 ;May 2024, at 11:59 p.m., to send their paper declaration.

Among the new features, note that the address of adult or married children attached to their parents' tax household must be specified on the declaration if it is different from that of the parents (this particularly concerns the housing of students).

In Lozère, 46,299 households file an income tax return. 39% of these households (compared to 44% nationally) are taxable, but all must complete their declaration. And 59% in Lozère opt for an online declaration, compared to 89% nationally. A considerable gap that can be attributed to an attachment to habits, a difficulty in accessing computers or the internet.

For farmers, a specific telephone number is active: 06 15 45 02 81. For self-employed workers, reception will be offered on May 17, 2024 with the joint social security fund (CCSS).

For those who make their declaration on the internet, the tax notice will arrive in their particular space between July 24, 2024 and August 2, 2024. ; for the paper version, it will be between July 24, 2024 and August 29, 2024.
