Gard: the winners of the cattle and sheep competition at the chamber of agriculture

For the fourth year, Gard breeders took part in a competition.

It's becoming a little tradition. For the fourth year, farmers from Gard met at the Chamber of Agriculture, in Nîmes, for the competition.

This year, it had a more political turn while the Alès slaughterhouse is threatened with closure and the farmers had put on the red t-shirt "Let's save it& ;#39;Alès" slaughterhouse. To help, 5% of the amount from the auction of the winning lots was donated to the open solidarity kitty.
