The people of Hérault spoke out this Sunday, July 7, on the occasion of the second round of the legislative elections. They elected, or re-elected, the deputies of the nine constituencies of the department. Who are they?
Jean-Louis Roumégas – New Popular Front
1st district. Jean-Louis Roumégas becomes a deputy again. The environmentalist candidate of the New Popular Front won the second round with 55.19% of the votes, ahead of the LR/RN candidate Josyan Oliva (44.81%). He returns to a position he held between 2012 and 2017.

Nathalie Oziol – New Popular Front
2nd district. The outgoing MP for La France insoumise was easily re-elected in the only constituency entirely in Montpellier. She obtained 58.22% of the votes in the first round, far ahead of Robert Le Stum (Ensemble), 17.04% and the National Rally candidate, Falvia Mangano, 16.97%.

Fanny Dombre-Coste – New Popular Front
3rd district. Fanny Dombre-Coste becomes an MP again. The candidate of the New Popular Front – who held the position between 2012 and 2017 – was elected with 58.29% of the votes. She is ahead of RN candidate Lauriane Troise (41.71%).

Manon Bouquin – National gathering
4th district. The outgoing deputy Sébastien Rome failed to obtain his re-election. The prefecture of Hérault has just communicated the final results for the 4th constituency of Hérault. National Rally candidate Manon Bouquin was elected deputy for Hérault with 50.49% of the vote. 778 votes separate the two candidates.

5th district. Stéphanie Galzy (RN) is re-elected deputy for the 5th constituency of Hérault with 55.36% of the vote. Aurélien Manenc (PS NFP) obtains 44.64% of the votes.

6th district. The departmental delegate of the National Rally succeeded in his bet on the 6th constituency of Hérault. The RN candidate won with 47.26% of the votes and was elected deputy. Outgoing Emmanuelle Ménard (DVD) obtains 29.19%, New Popular Front candidate Magali Crozier 23.55%.

Aurélien Lopez-Liguori – National gathering
7th district. The outgoing deputy will not need a second round to win the 7th constituency. He was re-elected with 51.66% of the votes. A slap in the face for his opponents, Gabriel Blasco (New Popular Front) and Jocelyne Gizardin (Horizons).

Sylvain Carrière – New Popular Front
8th district. Sylvain Carrière (LFI/NFP) re-elected by just under 400 votes. The curse affecting the outgoing deputy in the 8th constituency of Hérault did not occur this time. Sylvain Carrière, although in an unfavorable ballot, was re-elected with 395 votes ahead of RN candidate Cédric Delapierre.
