Stéphane Le Hir, a former fighter pilot in the Navy, continued his passion for flying by joining the Civil Security to take the controls of a Dash, a water bomber capable of carrying 10 tons of water or retardant to drop on forest fires.

He works on the ground in perfect coordination with the Hérault firefighters to be in the air as quickly as possible and return to the big fires to support the men on the ground.
