School bus: mother of students from Cruviers-Lascours angry

Blandine has lived in Cruviers-Lascours with her husband for fourteen years. A happy little family proud of her two daughters aged 10 and 12, who attend the nearby Brignon college. But since the children started school, this mother has been in complete disarray.
“I'm living a real nightmare with the school buses, laments Blandine. We renewed our subscription by submitting the application, as requested, before July 31. However, since the day after the start of the school year, Tuesday, September 3, the worries have been piling up."

“Standing” journeys

And the mother of the family listed: "Indeed, a change in the bus schedule was made without us being notified, along with the other parents. So, this Tuesday, September 3, the bus, initially scheduled for 8:10 a.m., left at 7:54 a.m.!” Fortunately, a friend of Blandine was able to drive her daughters, because her husband leaves for work very early in their only car.

“Then, Thursday, September 5, my youngest traveled standing up and my eldest, sitting on the steps. In the evening, when leaving school, the bus was full, the conductor brought our children back in his minibus and they traveled standing up. The best part was this Monday, September 9. No more room on the 7:54 a.m. bus, the driver telling the children that a second bus was coming. Result: at 8:20 a.m., still no bus! More than ten children stranded! My daughters didn't go to school because I don't have a car. The town hall sent an email several days ago and still no response. The bus company is unreachable!”, specifies this mother who is both angry and distraught.
