A fine from the State to the Intermarché de Frontignan for price display defects

La Direction Départementale de la Protection des Populations de l’Hérault a prononcé une amende administrative d’un montant total de 10 024 € à l’encontre de la société gérant l’Intermarché de Frontignan.

Since the roadblocks erected by winegrowers and some operations of these same men in supermarkets to check the correspondence of prices as well as the labeling of the origin of the products, the services of the State have, for their part, promised major verification operations. This was the case recently at the Intermarché of Frontignan on the part of the DDPP of Hérault.

Two defects noted

Monday March 25, this Departmental Directorate for Population Protection of Hérault announced that it had imposed an administrative fine of a total amount of 10 ;024 € against the company Sodifro which manages this establishment. The agents noted two elements to motivate this fine. The first for lack of concordance of prices between the prices displayed and the prices charged, the second for failure to display prices observed in the store.

Managers unreachable

This Tuesday the supermarket concerned announced that the "Management is completely unreachable today".
