This Tuesday, February 20, 2024, a team from the anti-crime brigade (Bac) intervened in Evreux in Eure when a centenarian had just been injured.
An accumulation of circumstances. The events took place in Evreux, in Eure, this Tuesday afternoon. A centenarian was injured after she was jostled by a one-legged man in a wheelchair, who himself was deliberately pushed by a homeless person, reports Paris Normandie< /em>.
He was drunk
Although this may seem improbable, the scene described is nevertheless very real. It was a little after 4 p.m. this Tuesday when a Bac crew was alerted to an attack not far from a business. It concerns a woman, aged 100, who was jostled by a homeless man, who had pushed a one-legged man, who was in a wheelchair, volunteering towards her.< /p>
The author, a 33-year-old man, was quickly arrested by the police when he tried to flee. The individual was intoxicated in the summer, and had an alcohol level of 1.10 grams per liter of blood, indicates Le Parisien. But during his arrest, the thirty-year-old also launched several insults against the Bac agents.
The victim, very elderly, was taken care of by the firefighters and transferred to the emergency room. She had bruises but also had no less than six stitches on her eyebrow. A complaint was filed against the homeless man, who was referred to the public prosecutor's office this Thursday. He should be tried this Friday for "aggravated intentional violence against a vulnerable person", reports the regional daily.
