Alexis Lebrun became French table tennis champion for the third time in a row by winning a magnificent final against his little brother Félix 4 to 2 (11-3, 11-6, 8-11, 9-11, 11-5 , 16-14), Sunday March 24 at the FDI Stadium in Montpellier.

At the end of a magnificent match between the two Montpellier brothers, it was the eldest who became champion of France for a third time in a row (2022 , 2023, 2024), maintaining his invincibility against his younger brother, once again beaten in the final of the French Championships, as in 2023.

In this very close round, Félix Lebrun managed to do well to finally get back to 2-2 (9-11) and completely restart the match. But Alexis stepped up again in the fifth set, leading 8-5 then 11-5 to get back in front of his brother at 3-2.
