Angry farmers: a filter barrier set up in front of System U in Vendargues this Sunday evening

Plusieurs dizaines d'agriculteurs se sont positionnés devant la plateforme de logistique de System U à Vendargues

Several dozen farmers set up in the early evening in Vendargues in front of the System U logistics platform. A filter dam was set up by around fifteen agricultural machines . This striking operation is at the initiative of the FDSEA and the Young Farmers. #39;hour noted no overflow. 

Block foreign goods

Their intention ? "To block trucks with foreign goods", explains one some participants. "Only fruits and vegetables that cannot be produced in France, such as avocados for example, will be able to pass."< /p>

Arriving in the early evening, the farmers could spend part of the night there. Only to block trucks or empty their contents ? "Everything is possible!"

There should be other operations during the week in order to "maintain the pressure" says Rémi Dumas, national vice-president of Young Farmers. He did not take part in last night's hit operation.
