The Sainte-Énimie Bulles de Burle comic book festival is held until Sunday June 30, 2024, in the dedicated space, near the tourist office. The opportunity to discover the latest news in comics and above all to be able to approach cartoonists, authors and publishing houses.

She is Amandine, designer, who dedicates her series of comic book albums Mistinguette and her other success, < em>Mistinguette and Cartoon, on texts by Greg Tessier. She is one of the thirty authors present for the Bulles de Burle in Sainte-Énimie, until Sunday evening. "We are on the fourteenth volume of Mistinguette, readers follow us! We approach everyday themes through adventures. This could be ecology, cyber harassment while keeping the tone of the novel, without being in pedagogy. This is aimed at young girls but also boys. Often, brothers steal albums from their sisters!", rejoices Amandine.

The environment, a bubble material

Pierre-Marie Terral, historian and author of the opus Larzac, history of a peasant resistance&amp ;nbsp;dedicates his work, which traces the peasant struggle against the extension of a military zone on the Larzac, during the decade 1970-1980. A book prefaced by José Bové. “Aveyronnais, I have always been interested in the subject and I wrote this history of Larzac. I wanted to broaden the readership by transmitting, through the drawings of Sébastien Verdier, the memory of faces and landscapes. Particularly for the youngest, interested in environmental subjects." The book is enriched with leaflets, posters and period photographs "to make it a real story book(s)". Jonas Taboul, committed designer, offers his album Bring tomorrow with an original dedication, a drawn flower. A way to remember that nature is precious. And in Sainte-Énimie, even more.

This Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., signings by designers, authors and publishers on their stand. Workshops at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.: demonstration of intaglio on copper (village hall), "Draw your character in the youth area" (council room), "Try your hand at manga portraiture" in the manga space (associations room).
