Bus catches fire near A75 in Aveyron: twenty-six German tourists saved from flames in Campagnac

The accident occurred this Thursday, July 25, around 3:30 p.m., in the town of Campagnac near the A75 interchange.

These German tourists passing through Aveyron narrowly escaped the fire of their bus. This Thursday, July 25, around 3:30 p.m., firefighters intervened to put out the fire in this vehicle which was transporting 26 tourists from across the Rhine.

A few minutes earlier, before the bus stopped near the A75 interchange in Campagnac, a gendarmerie patrol had already noticed that rsquo;thick smoke was escaping from the bus.

The luggage disappears in the flames

It was then that the flames quickly spread and ended up completely destroying it, with all the tourists' luggage inside the holds. The Campagnac town hall quickly set up a reception system in the village hall and the bus company chartered a new vehicle to take them to their destination.
