“Cheum”: the two injured would be “smut scavengers” recruited on social networks

Les dealers ne savaient pas que le site était le centre d'une guerre de territoire.

Both wounded men at Chemin-Bas d'Avignon would have been recruited on   social networks and would not have known that the deal point was under fire.

The investigation into the injured of Cheum continues after shootings which occurred Sunday evening and which caused injuries to two men from outside the region. According to testimonies collected in the neighborhood, these two men were recruited on social networks to be  coal miners, namely drug dealers on the verge of a deal. But they would not have been aware that this drug resale site on Chemin Bas d'Avignon was the target of regular shooting and not informed of the drug traffickers' war. The investigations would have been entrusted to the interdepartmental service of the judicial police and the organized and specialized crime division (DCOS).
