“Choose Love”: Netflix announces an interactive romantic comedy for the end of August

DISPATCH — Scheduled for next Thursday, August 31, “Choose Love” is an interactive romantic comedy made by Netflix. As was the case with Black Mirror's “Bandersnatch”, for example, choices will regularly be offered to the viewer and these will influence the course of the story.

A sound engineer, Cami seems to be in perfect love with her boyfriend, until she meets a fortune teller who will change her mind. From then on, she regularly faces the camera to address the viewer and ask their opinion. A whole series of events (mainly meetings) will thus be punctuated, and the different choices selected will decide the rest of the film.

“As Cami is faced with a series of choices – from the trivial to major ethical dilemmas – viewers help her decide exactly what to do,” Netflix announces to highlight the mouth watering. The trailer is already on YouTube.

Whatever choices are made, the film will last 1h17, but can be restarted as many times as desired to explore the different possible scenarios.
